About

A Life Shaped by Movement, Healing, and the World

Years long member of International Yoga Alliance Professionals, I am an experienced teacher and master practitioner of multistyle yoga, holistic movement, and integrative healing arts. My path has taken me across countries and continents — living, working, and studying in diverse cultures that have shaped the way I teach, connect, and hold space for others.

These experiences taught me that wellbeing is universal, yet deeply personal. They also gifted me the ability to communicate in seven languages, allowing me to support students from all backgrounds with sensitivity, nuance, and cultural understanding.

 My Movement Philosophy

My teaching is rooted in inclusivity, embodiment, and the belief that every person deserves a practice that honours their unique body and story. I specialise in:

  • Yoga: Vinyasa, Hatha, Bikram, Yin, Pregnancy Yoga, Chair Yoga
  • Adaptive & Neurodivergent Yoga: Autism‑friendly, trauma‑aware, sensory‑sensitive approaches
  • Pilates & Body Balance
  • Assisted Stretching & Mobility
  • Meditation, Pranayama & Breathwork
  • Tai Chi & Mindful Movement

Whether guiding a dynamic flow or a gentle restorative session, I create spaces where people feel safe to explore, release, and reconnect.

 Healing Modalities

My work extends beyond movement into deeper emotional, energetic, and creative realms:

  • Sound Bath Therapy: for humans and pets
  • Reiki Massage & Energy Healing: for humans and pets
  • Regression Hypnosis
  • Art Therapy: Children and Youths behaviour therapy through dance, music, and plastic arts

These practices allow me to support the whole human — body, mind, and spirit — through experiences that soothe, awaken, and transform.

 A Global Journey

My life has unfolded across borders. I have travelled extensively to over 60 countries and each country I’ve lived in has added a new layer to my understanding of people, culture, and the many ways we seek balance.

Being a polyglot, speaking seven languages, has allowed me to connect with students and communities in ways that go beyond technique — through shared stories, humour, and the subtle emotional textures that only language can carry.

From Corporate Boardrooms to Healing Spaces

Before dedicating myself to teaching and holistic wellbeing, I built a career in the corporate world — working in revenue, investment banking and data analytics for some of the world’s leading global companies. A Cambridge Diploma in Leadership in Sustainability and professional experience in Corporate Social Responsibility across 4 continents, have shape my values and my approach to community, ethics, and impact.

This background gives me a unique insight into stress, burnout, and the pressures of high‑performance environments. Many of my clients come from corporate settings, and I understand deeply what it means to seek balance in a demanding world.

 Why I Teach

My mission is to create spaces where people feel safe to breathe, move, heal, and rediscover themselves.

Whether I’m guiding a yoga class, offering a sound bath, supporting someone through emotional release, or simply holding space for stillness, my intention is always the same: to meet each person with compassion, presence, and authenticity.

 A Practice for Every Body

My work is inclusive, adaptive, and grounded in the belief that wellbeing belongs to everyone. No matter your age, background, ability, or experience, you are welcome here.
